Abstract Content

1): Title
– No more than 150 characteristics
– The first letter of each word should be capitalized, except for prepositions, conclusions and articles.
2): Content
– Abstract for Scientific Lecture: 350 words with subtitles
– Case Report: 250 words without subtitles
– Case Videos: 5 minutes for abstract review

Important Notes

1)

To participate in the 5th AAPCHS, you must have completed the following four;

(a): Registered AAPCHS members
(b): Annual membership dues have been paid
(c): Registered for the 5th AAPCHS
(d): Registration fee for the 5th AAPCHS has been paid

Please complete (a), (b), (c), and (d) above before submitting your abstract.
Upon receipt of the abstract submission form, the AAPCHS Secretariat will confirm that the above four items have been completed and report to the e-mail address you provided. Please note that you will not be able to participate in the 5th AAPCHS if the above items are not completed.

2): Abstracts should be entered on the abstract submission form below and sent to the e-mail address below along with a photo of the presenter.

Abstract submission for the 5th AAPCHS will

open on April 1^st, 2025 and close on June 30^th, 2025.

3): All paper should come from institution of Asian region, and only abstracts written in English will be accepted.
4): All abstracts should be submitted or revised and re-submitted by June 30th, 2025.
5): All abstracts should be submitted online
6): All abstracts will be reviewed and decided as Poster, Free Oral, or NOT ACCEPTED.
7): Photos of the presenter’s face should be sent as an attachment to the abstract registration form so that it will be included in the program.
