- The Secretariat will send you the information on the payment of the 2023 annual membership fee. Please pay the annual membership fee promptly.
- The registration fee for those who have paid the annual membership fee for 2023 will be “JPY 21,000”. Please note that if you are a member but have not paid the membership fee, the fee will be the amount for non-members.

◆Those who have registered for The 3rd AAPCHS Annual Meeting are also eligible to attend the 59th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery (JSPCCS). The 59th Annual Meeting of JSPCCS will be held July 6-8, 2023 at Pacifico Yokohama North.

VISA
If you need a VISA to enter Japan to participate in the 3rd AAPCHS, you will need to fill out “PERSONAL INFORMATION for VISA” form and send to the following e-mail address;
aapchs.scientificp@outlook.jp.
We will send you the VISA application form in PDF format by e-mail. If you would like us to send you the original application form by mail, please ask the office to do so.

Invitation Letter
Invitation letters will be sent to presenters by e-mail from the Secretariat. Non-presenters who need an invitation letter to participate in the 3rd AAPCHS should contact the AAPCHS Head Office Secretariat;
